There is a very popular dram scene in a Korean drama "Please respond year 1988" and In that scene, a lady ordered this "Einspanner" in front of his buddy (not her boy friend) and trying to have conversations but the buddy couldn't focusing on the conversations because he saw the creams around her mouth, and suddenly(!!) he having a kiss with her :)
Yes, this is the miracle that Einspanner made and now you can have this Einspanner in our cafe too. :)
The Bulgogi is a popular Korean BBQ and it marinated with soy sauce, onion, green onion, apple, carrot, garlic etc and put into the refrigerator around 12~14 hours for aging.

When you ordered "Iced coffee" in Village cafe and bakery, I will trying to make a special type called "Shakerato". As you can guess in the name, "Shaking" is the key to make this coffee.
This is a shot of espresso pour over the ice cube in the shaker and shaking around 15~20 sec. After that you can meet great taste and visual.
I love the scone and it makes me flashback of my younger age.
If you see the crack on the middle of scone, that is proof of well made, so you can choose right one.
